Pre-assembly

Every day we deal with the fast delivery and supply of production sites, supermarkets and shops. Our job is to deliver and install machinery, equipment and, in particular, refrigeration equipment where business never stops. In order to enable ready-to-use handover quickly and to minimise disruption to operations, our universally qualified employees carry out major assembly steps in our warehouses. Our customers can thus enable a high degree of customisation until shortly before delivery and no longer be subject to long delivery times of their suppliers or their own productions.

We store all the necessary parts and after ordering everything is configured as desired by the end customer. Thus, delivery times can be reduced from several weeks to a few days – and the end customer gets his desired equipment quickly and easily.

Branding

The branding of refrigerators or display furniture plays a major role in branded POS advertising. ABC-Logistik is well prepared for this service. Customer wishes as well as marketing campaigns and product launches can be implemented quickly. The long-standing cooperation with foil printers and sign makers enables the fast procurement of high-quality branding. We will do the (re-)branding either at our warehouse or on site at your customers locations.

Refurbishment

For many of our customers, economically and ecologically sound product management is one of the key success factors. ABC logistics support here through qualified refurbishment. This way, our customers’ investments can be planned for the long term and used multiple times. Our refurbishment centres are designated workshops for the maintenance and processing of cooling and operating devices. Our electricians, refrigeration and air conditioning engineers and cleaners quickly repair used and defective devices. We assume complete responsibility for the handling of used devices as well as the required spare parts.

Packing

In the production of goods it is often not known in which configuration and in what quantity the sale will actually take place. Here, blanks cuts and adjustments must be made quickly or new packaging units packed. It may also be necessary to change labelling, merchandise and packaging, for example when new international markets need to be developed. We can respond flexibly to these requirements and also provide large resources on short notice to ensure the delivery capability of our customers.

Disposal

In order to professionally handle the end of the lifecycle of operating devices, ABC-Logistik offers the complete handling of the disposal. This means that equipment that can not be reprocessed for technical or economic reasons is disposed of and recycled properly. Likewise, packaging and spare parts are supplied to their correct route of disposal. In order to achieve this, we collaborate with specialised disposal companies. This is how we guarantee that even through waste disposal, values are created through recycling.

Service hotline and emergency management

The failure of machinery and the loss of means of production can have enormous economic consequences. We therefore offer a 24-hour hotline to respond quickly in case of an emergency. We analyse the problem and decide whether an immediate delivery of replacement equipment is necessary. Thus, we maximise the reliability of our customers.
